Services

The services provided include:

• UX/UI design (websites, apps, and digital platforms)

• Branding and visual identity creation

• Digital strategy and consulting

• Design for print and digital communication materials

Each project is carried out based on the brief validated by the client.

Pricing

All service fees are quoted in euros and are exclusive of tax.
Meriem Brouri reserves the right to adjust her rates at any time, but services will be billed according to the prices in effect at the time of order confirmation.

Orders

Any order made by email or through the website is considered valid after the client has approved the quotation.

Payment Terms

• For custom projects: payment is made via bank transfer upon receipt of invoice, with a 50% upfront deposit required to begin work.

• For subscription-based services: payment is processed online via credit card, billed at the agreed frequency.

Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are indicative. While Meriem Brouri undertakes to respect the agreed deadlines, delays cannot give rise to claims for compensation.

Subscriptions

Subscription-based services include ongoing creative support under the following conditions:

• One active request at a time

• Unlimited revisions per request

• Average delivery within 48–72 business hours

• No long-term commitment, with cancellation available by the client at any time with 30 days’ notice

Intellectual Property

All creations remain the property of Meriem Brouri until full payment of the services and transfer of rights. Upon settlement, the usage rights are assigned to the client as specified in the project agreement.

Liability

Meriem Brouri cannot be held liable for delays or delivery failures caused by circumstances beyond her reasonable control.

Termination

The client may terminate a subscription at any time, subject to 30 days’ notice. Any project already in progress will be billed proportionally to its stage of completion.

Modification of Terms

Meriem Brouri reserves the right to update or modify these T&Cs at any time. The new terms will apply as soon as they are published on the website.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These T&Cs are governed by Algerian law. In case of a dispute, both parties will seek an amicable resolution. Failing that, the matter will be submitted to the competent courts of Algiers.
